As of 20 September 2022, the COVID-19 testing requirement for entering The Bahamas has been eliminated.

All travellers, regardless of vaccination status, are no longer required to submit to pre-travel COVID-19 testing to enter the country.

Please note: COVID-19 testing is no longer required for persons travelling inter-island (domestic) within The Bahamas, regardless of COVID-19 vaccination status (unvaccinated or fully vaccinated).

The Details

  • 32% Taxes and Gratuities is additional to all accommodation rates.
  • The Cay will be closed annually in September and October; in light of the hurricane season. At times, the Cay may reopen within the last week of October. 
  • High Season is December 15 - April 30 annually.
  • Low Season is May 1 - December 14 annually.
  • All Goods and Services will attract a 10% value-added tax. This is subject to change without notice.

  • Standard Suite guests will have a 15% gratuity charge added to their Food and Beverage bill at the end of their stay.
  • Standard Suite rates are calculated at double occupancy. Additional persons (ages 13 and over) will attract a $150 per person per night surcharge, taxes and gratuities are additional.
  • Above includes full access to all the island's facilities, including kayaks, paddleboards, snorkeling gear, fresh water pool, tennis court, Great House, Tiki Bar, SugarCane, Pineapple House and the only overwater spa in the Bahamas. Complimentary wifi is offered in the Restaurants, Bars, Pool and Pineapple House (Concierge & Reception Area) and select villas
  • Taxi transfer fees ( cash only) will be paid directly to your taxi driver. Rate from Fresh Creek International Airport is $60 for the first 2 people and an additional $7 per person thereafter each way. Rate from San Andros International Airport is $100 each way for the first 2 people, with an additional $7 per person thereafter each way.
  • There will be a 5-night minimum stay and rate change across Christmas and New Year dates, with slight variations annually, in light of the festive season.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

40% non-refundable deposit to confirm; the remaining 60% non-refundable balance is due 15 days prior to arrival. We will share a secure payment link for all credit card transactions. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and wire transfers are accepted. All cards are processed in BSD and the transaction will read: CBK Holdings Ltd.

For cancellations more than one month before arrival, amounts paid may be credited toward a stay within one year of the original arrival date. Cancellation or booking revision within 30 days prior to arrival incurs a 20% fee of the original booking. If the resort closes due to a hurricane, affected nights are credited for travel within 365 days, with revision penalties waived. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
