Rates
All our rates include all food,
house wines, beer & liquor, use of snorkeling equipment, sea kayaks,
tennis court on the Cay & our 50ft freshwater swimming pool. House
staff gratuities, room taxes, airport transfers, will be additional.
Activity fees are payable in
advance upon booking & are non-refundable (Tips are not included in
the activity rates).
Because we are a small resort, we do require a 50% deposit
on booking, which is non-refundable, as is the balance which is due 45
days before arrival. We recommend trip and cancellation insurance. All
rates are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
We have some special rates available for stays
of 4 nights and over and for children, please call us or contact your Travel
Agent for details.
